The company is open to innovation and readily adopts layest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality.product and global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-18 hours straight on a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes lata into the nights.

MD and members are good in behaviour, very good hospitality.

Dislikes

Company is totally different from others, working style and policy is deferent it works totally depend on the agent. Agent is my baap of the company but employess are the servant of the agent not company. Whenever a agent wants he can kick out the employee of the company instead of the company it self.
