Company is totally different from others, working style and policy is deferent it works totally depend on the agent. Agent is my baap of the company but employess are the servant of the agent not company. Whenever a agent wants he can kick out the employee of the company instead of the company it self.

Not so good as I was appointed by the company but work under agent. Which is very pathetic for sales person who have worked in organised company. This type of will never be expected.
