Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Nothing, staff is good Good for learning

Dislikes

Mostly Everything No documentation like joining letter or appointment letter, salary is given after 50-60days Salary is not done on time (don't know now , while my time this was it) U don't work like human there u work like donkeys Every thing is your job to much work load and too much shouting No planning and plotting

Good for fresher to learn.

Dislikes

Not good organisation for experienced engineers. Sallary not on time. Delay in sallary upto 2 months. Working time is not fixed. There is no any extra payment for over time working.

Very good company for newcomers and freshers to learn.

Dislikes

Work life balance is terrible. Payment gets delayed by 2 month. Company head is short tempered and talk any rubish and insulting things to employee and workers. Upper management is not good so creates problem in almost every department.
