Poor management, Need to work without leave. Even on government holiday also work is compulsory here. If you need government holiday leave then you have to inform before 1month as planned leave. If it a planned leave also they call you at your leave day and ask about work.. They force you to work on weekends too ,they promise you ot amount but you will get nothing or less amount.. they force you to do more counts and tell you to extend your shift. you feel like working 24/7 on 365 days..

Very low salary comparing to other companies ,Vasumathi tl is very worst she assign tuff claims for new joiners and easy claims for her friends,She hates other person growth in her team so targets and complaing to manager unnecessary she was the reason for associates relieving and vidhya thinks she as ceo scolding other team mates unnecessary blackmailing daily to remove queues(tasks,) ,sme don't have knowlege in Medicare claims .People are relieving every year including hr,Monica sme in postpay very worst she don't know how to behave talking worst slang lack of process knowlege when we ask doubt she immediately shouts because she don't know .

... Saturday Sundays are just weekends for namesake. There is no work life balance. 3) and obviously, the pay structure is below average. So if you are employed here, you work tirelessly for day and night, with senior trashing you left and right, and for that, you get something which doesn't even qualify to be called pennies. -Salary structure is not upto industry standard. -Lot of politics on appraisal & promotions. Only closeness with management will give you promotions. -Not following company policy by managers. We can only resign with their approval. They are giving the date for the resignation. Even they are threatening that you release will be not smooth if you are not obeying them. -there are no way to get out from the hell.
