Poor management, Need to work without leave. Even on government holiday also work is compulsory here. If you need government holiday leave then you have to inform before 1month as planned leave. If it a planned leave also they call you at your leave day and ask about work.. They force you to work on weekends too ,they promise you ot amount but you will get nothing or less amount.. they force you to do more counts and tell you to extend your shift. you feel like working 24/7 on 365 days..

...ing good packages but in sagility very low package they are giving to employees. Minimum salary package is best and then automatically the company will be in a top position.

... Saturday Sundays are just weekends for namesake. There is no work life balance. 3) and obviously, the pay structure is below average. So if you are employed here, you work tirelessly for day and night, with senior trashing you left and right, and for that, you get something which doesn't even qualify to be called pennies. Good luck to the employees💯

-Salary structure is not upto industry standard. -Lot of politics on appraisal & promotions. Only closeness with management will give you promotions. -Not following company policy by managers. We can only resign with their approval. They are giving the date for the resignation. Even they are threatening that you release will be not smooth if you are not obeying them. -there are no way to get out from the hell.

I like the team which I work. There are great learning opportunities. No bucketing takes place,only recognised by work.

Dislikes

High work pressure Biased pay scale. Older employees are paid very low compared to the present pay scale. No profit sharing or bonus given to employees.
