So if you are employed here, you work tirelessly for day and night, with senior trashing you left and right, and for that, you get something which doesn't even qualify to be called pennies. -Salary structure is not upto industry standard. -Lot of politics on appraisal & promotions. Only closeness with management will give you promotions. -Not following company policy by managers. We can only resign with their approval. They are giving the date for the resignation. Even they are threatening that you release will be not smooth if you are not obeying them. -there are no way to get out from the hell.

I like the team which I work. There are great learning opportunities. No bucketing takes place,only recognised by work.

High work pressure Biased pay scale. Older employees are paid very low compared to the present pay scale. No profit sharing or bonus given to employees.

They pay very less amount of salary for freshers they pay 15k per month , but for 3 years experienced person they pay 19k , HR is very bad they won't respond to our concerns itself terrible management.
