1. This is the most disappointing organizations I have worked throughout my two-decade career. 2. It is advisable to join this organization only if you have connections (Friends & Relatives) among senior management, otherwise, remaining unemployed may be a better option. 3. Offshore management lacks influence over key management decisions and dont have any say. 4. The company policies regarding leaves, insurance and other matters needs improvement. 5. HR appears to be more focused on unwanted conversations or wasting time, often neglecting to address employee concerns. 6. Even entry-level personal in the onshore team exhibit a sense of superiority over the offshore management. As he/she is a relative of sr.mgt 7. Individuals who do not successfully navigate the interview process may still secure positions within the organization owing to their familial ties to senior management. However, these individuals often do not meet the specific needs of the clients and merely occupy their roles without contributing effectively.

I don’t have many complaints about my previous workplace, but I would have preferred not having to work overtime without proper compensation.

The companies dedication to make it work for the employees is something i really like even though we do not know much about what decisions are taken on the upper management level as there is no transparency but i feel happy that i got to be a part of this organisation.

We can use a little less of selective targeting employees. And no one out there is a learned saint everyone learns with there course of time so rather than making anyone feel that they are any less maybe we can grow collectively.

They provide initial training for technology.

Dislikes

They don't give proper information while hiring. There are so many hiding policies. When I joined they told me that it will be work from home, but after joining post training they are saying to relocate in Hyderabad.

I like the environment but the insecurity is about the job security. They encourage only few people who are pro active in circular activities. They don't even see the performance who is good in the team. If you are not active even you work hard it means you are not working.

Management issue and no encouragement even when you do good job and they lay off you all a sudden without PIP program or one on one section. We don't even come to know before head that the is performance concerns they lay off with a one call in one day.
