No employees engagement activities They don't have any project from scrap. They are interested in AMC mostly. No appreciations for your work Disturbs your work life balance Even it is MNC, it feels like we are working for small company.

...in office. They arrange various cultural activities as well as training for you. They have very good overtime pay policy for extended shifts and working on weekend or holiday. People here are so friendly in nature and supportive. They have open door policy and you can walk to Senior Management if required. Top Management always listen to your concern, ideas, experience. HR is so supportive. Pros- Overtime and working on holiday weekend get paid. Transperancy in management decisions. Higher scope for Professional Growth and Development Lot of teams building activities, outings, cultural activities, fun activities etc. Employee friendly HR policy and support

Dislikes

Sometimes AC won't works well and it takes a half a day to repair. Limited Parking slots so if you have a car then you need to park on road.
