Good Bosses at the top management and compensation at par with the industry norms.

Compensation ok. But too much of Politics and will never take feedback from subordinates. Appraisals are done but no use. Finally, one fine day, they'll show the door to the boss himself, who by that time would have looted the company's money. All the subordinates will be left in the dark. They'll have sneekers and spys in the offices itself and will believe them only.

Every thing is ok and they are open for new suggestions so management are changing many things it's growing

The company is open innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I'm a part of a team that high quality products and has a global client base. I have gone many other company to purchase rice in the city.
