Everything, I never got reimbursement, I didn't got appraisal, forced to extend my working hours with no benefits. My whole schedule was messed up, could go to gym or even took my family to hospital because they kept saying you need to finish it today.

I like nothing in thi company If u have no skill in the last year of college and u have offer letter from sagacious then it's ok. But if u have technical skills then plz go with that 1% hope don't fall for sagacious

Under paid Too much pressure Bad team work No frequent promotion and Perks and benifits Management not help u in any situation they just brag all the time. U have to work on weekends also or sometime force to work on weekends. Senior and manager treat you as a labour. The never support you .. What ever learn put efforts Never give you work from home in any situation Once i request my manager for WFH due to bad condition of health but the refuse to give wfh . There is traker and the want you to follow the tracker strictly. U can't take break due to traker .. You have to work 8 hours straight without break.

lack of technical skill implementation. too much pressure with unrealistic deadlines all the time. Manager not helpful and HR even worse. They sweet talk you when u want to join and then run away wen u have issues. Archana HR should stick to rangoli making competitions and not ruin careers with fake hiring and telling lies about job description. too much process oriented that they value data more than common sense. ppl who can clap for them in every function have good career here. If you have any other offer besides Sagacious during your campus placement then blindly choose anything else than this company. Your brain cells will die filling excel sheets and stupid forms here.

Challenging every month, need to learn new technologies and better myself in order to deliver expected requirements.

Great learning culture, supportive management, passionate teammates. The cafeteria and recreation area (gaming arcade) is very cool. There is an in-house gym and theatre for employees. The appraisals are on time and fair.
