...In every work place more or less politics exists but i handle it diplomatically. Their salary payment system/timing is really best(on time). Lots of learning scopes there.Work environment is also better. Thanks to this company.

Dislikes

I was appointed as contract basic. Now its over and they have very limited project, that is why I have to switch over to other company, it means no job security. No extra benefits they provide.

Good Work environment and culture teammates and higher management are very supportive and transparent. SAGA is a first growing and dynamic organization.

Dislikes

I don't have any kind of Dislike working at SAGA, because SAGA has a good management and HR. SAGA'S Upper management believed on Empowering Knowledge.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
