The company is having very good products with innovative technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and doing sales all over India. my contribution to this company by looking after sales administration activity of approx 350 plus filed staff. I was scrutinising and approving the travelling expense of field staff worth 35-40 lac per month and deducting the undue amount charged by field staff of 50-60 thousand per month. Another plus point is that my colleagues comes from various cultures background and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employees policy and working culture here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. The management is not ready to listen the facts from the employees but they trust the outside person who is saying anything about their employees. They don't care for self respect of their employees and take decisions against the employees.
