The company is having very good products with innovative technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and doing sales all over India. my contribution to this company by looking after sales administration activity of approx 350 plus filed staff. I was scrutinising and approving t he travelling expense of field staff worth 35-40 lac per month and deducting the undue amount charged by field staff of 50-60 thousand per month. Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. The management is not ready to listen the facts from the employees but they trust the outside person who is saying anything about their employees. They don't care for self respect of their employees and take dec isions against the employees....Read More

Work Details

In SAFFRON my skill of sales was not used. I was given the work of scrutinising the field staff expanses which was boring for me.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
