The company is having very good products with innovative technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and doing sales all over India. my contribution to this company by looking after sales administration activity of approx 350 plus filed staff. I was scrutinising and approving the travelling expense of field staff worth 35-40 lac per month and deducting the undue amount charged by field staff of 50-60 thousand per month. Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. The management is not ready to listen the facts from the employees but they trust the outside person who is saying anything about their employees. They don't care for self respect of their employees and take decisions against the employees.

In SAFFRON my skill of sales was not used. I was given the work of scrutinising the field staff expanses which was boring for me.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
