Like about this company is they not gonna fire you until you ask for your own growth.

Just forget about promotion and salary hike if you get selected HR policy are very bad that you don't have any paid leave they pay incentive which they acquire from salary after 3 month if they want.

...like their culture at all because I have done MBA or what I do is just scanning. It would be better if the company hires a non-MBA person or will do better scanning even at a lower salary than me. But who has come here after doing MBA and who will do the scanning on him, who will not be able to do it for long time.

... all because I had come with an MBA and I had to do scanning like everyone else. This company would hire a non-MBA person even if I had to do the scanning at a lower salary. Salary cost should be saved when scanning has to be done to hire non-MBA people.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

... good performer .they will go by the words of other .this is the only dislike ..the correct hardworking person gets low salary ....once he got some other offers then only management sits and talks to him ...if the management gives a good salary to the right one ..they will.not jump to other companies ...a hard working person are very rare to get nowdays.please management give me the rigth increment at the rigth time . company will grow to the rigth path if we take care of our staffing ..

I just want to say it just like a training center if you started your career in logistics field and you are selected in logistics safexpress so it's a best way and good opportunity to growing your skills and experience.
