There is nothing that I dislike, but there is very poor engagement of HR department. Salary Hike is Very Low. Appraisal is very low as compared with other companies. Many of people's are working there whom don't have knowledge of e-mails, for every Query and response you have need to call them.

...1 year or something its not true. you will take more time for going to upstairs.in my oppinion company is not giving by handsome salary which is exciting in the market. Travel I not confirme about this. Abviously Politics is not there. I have taken challenges to day by day coz there have new challenges upcoming everyday. So know you will tackle itself. Working environment its awsome. Innovation its depend on your performance and faith.

No work life balance, 6 days working, No festivals off, No promotion, Appraisal between 3%-6%, No Diwali bonus, (you only get 1 laddu on diwali not even one box) You can't take leaves according to you, it doesn't matter you're getting married, you're suffering from cancer or you're facing any problem in your family or personal life, seniors don't care. Recommendation not to join this company specially in Strategy department because there are 4 people who is doing groupism and office politics. They are not good at all.

Just forget about promotion and salary hike if you get selected HR policy are very bad that you don't have any paid leave they pay incentive which they acquire from salary after 3 month if they want.
