One of the best company I have ever worked at this testing time.In spite of almost 0 business company has not deducted any salary .And have allowed with flexibility keeping health on priority

Good work environment with support of management, there is no politics among employees,best part is salary and expenses received timely.

Certain level growth unless you change the job, Annual meeting, convocation programs, product related training which give brand image is missing in company.

1. Work culture 2. Unrealistic Goals 3. Sales support is nothing 4. No backend support 5. Worst CRM 6. Zonal head of Mumbai is the worst person I have ever witnessed, if he removed then Safari sales team in Mumbai will prosper

...ment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are not good, appraisals aren't fair and they give avarage salary hike and not provide bonus every year.

On the job training is not given to new joinees.. Company provides good manager but job security is zero..

Good work life balance with a lenient approach towards attendance timings and granting leaves

Dislikes

This a place where you should eventually settle down rather than come for growth in terms of skills and compensation. There’s too much control in the hands of few stakeholders.
