EVERYTHING. SAF FERMION IS THE ONLY COMPANY IN THIS WORLD WHERE THE EMPLOYER HOLD THE SALARY AND OTHER STATUTORY DUES OF EMPLOYEES LIKE STATUTORY BONUS, GRATUITY. THE PROPRIETOR AND THE SENIOR MANAGERS OF THE COMPANY IS FRAUD, CHEATER, 420. IF SOMEBODY PLANS TO JOIN SAF FERMION LIMITED, BEFORE JOINING, HE / SHE MUST CONSULT A GOOD LAWYER SO THAT IF THE COMPANY WILL HOLD THEIR STATUTORY BONUS, SALARY OR GRATUITY, THEY CAN TAKE LEGAL STEP AGAINST THE COMPANY. IT'S A ONLY COMPANY WHERE YOU HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE MORE THAN 2 CUPS OF TEA (AND OBVIOUSLY THE QUALITY OF FREE TEA IS WORST) DAILY IN OFFICE. THE PEOPLE WHO DON'T WANT TO TAKE SUICIDAL STEP IN THEIR LIFE, PLEASE DO NOT JOIN SAF FERMION LIMITED THEIR INCREMENT IS POOREST IN THIS WORLD.

THEY OFTEN DEBIT FROM SALARY DUE TO VERY MINOR REASON, THE ATTITUDE OF OUR CFO IS WORST, NO RECREATION, NO STAFF WELFARE, NO GIFT IN FESTIVE SEASON, NO TRAINING/ INDUCTION TO NEW COMERS, I WOULD NOT RECOMEND TO ANAYBODY TO JOIN OVER THERE

Office is well maintained. Salary On Time. Every Year Bonus. CMD is a nice person.

Dislikes

Company Policies (Policies created by the Senior Managers or so called managers). The List is follow: 1. Strict Office Timing. 2. Canteen only for 3-4 mangers. rest go out side and eat. 3. A lady comes daily to calculate how much sugar and tea leaves are exhausted. 4. No Appraisal so No Increment for the Lat 2 years. And if they give increment also, it will be 500-600 /-. 5. Few uneducated or not suitable for that position person are sitting in upper chair. 6. No Full and Final Settlement. If you serve Notice Period, you will not get salary.

Probably the company management have no big goal They are happy how they are That is the big problem for me..You cannot see any dream your promotion is not besed on your performance it based on how you adjust with your bosses..
