...n the agriculture division of this company has been nothing short of a disaster. The constant of micro management suffocates any chance of productivity while the delay salary add insult to injury leaving us feeling undervalued and disrespect. The CFO is the worst of the bunch .not only does he behave inappropriately with the female employee, but is also showing the favouritism by having an affair with the teammate and giving them a shot of perks. It’s like he’s playing by his own rules and it’s not fair to the rest of us who worked hard. There is a posh policy but no one is following because management is supporting him, joining this company feels like stepping into a dead end it’s a place where you your career goes to die rather than flourish with the micro management, late pay and a toxic environment where favouritism reigns supreme. It’s like this setting up for failure.

Dislikes

...is a pervasive sense of politics both within the management and among employees. Employees are not receiving their last month's salary after resignation, and abusive language is being used towards them. Furthermore, terminations occur without any prior intimation. I would not recommend this company to anyone due to false promises, retaining 10% of salary from new joiners without providing alternate Saturdays off as confirmed by HR. The company fails to adhere to policies, rules, and regulations, creating the worst work environment. Personal comments are made to employees.
