Working in the agriculture division of this company has been nothing short of a disaster. The constant of micro management suffocates any chance of productivity while the delay salary add insult to injury leaving us feeling undervalued and disrespect. The CFO is the worst of the bunch .not only does he behave inappropriately with the female employee, but is also showing the favouritism by having an affair with the teammate and giving them a shot of perks. It’s like he’s playing by his own rules and it’s not fair to the rest of us who worked hard. There is a posh policy but no one is following because management is supporting him, joining this company feels like stepping into a dead end it’s a place where you your career goes to die rather than flourish with the micro management, late pay and a toxic environment where favouritism reigns supreme.
