...m Owner who is a typical Marwari, he doesn't trust anybody and doesn't delegate. Not sure from where he is bringing money to give salary. Also there is no salary date. Sometimes it seems we won't get salary itself. If work doesn't start soon, then career wise it will be very risky. Also no proper benefits. Notice period is also 3 months. Some people who like not working are there from beginning and they think they are the soul of the company. Joined because of reference call, but now stuck and it was a bad decision.
