Dislikes

The toxic work culture in Kurta-Lehenga Department. The HOD, Priya Bhattacharya is extremely toxic and vicious. She has zero organizational and managerial skills. Extremely insecure about her position. Targets employees in whom she finds potential. Once the Employee is targeted, she along with one of the female Managers starts workplace mobbing, so that the employee leaves on their own. Mental harassment takes its peak. This lady is behind ruining lots of careers at Sabyasachi, still the organization doesn't take any action against her. She's a horrible horrible woman. She won't allow anyone to grow in this company, no matter how many years of experience the employee has got in the industry. Everyone is treated as freshers. May God bless her and the female manager who plays along with her!

Good for designers as it is leading luxury design house, good starting salary, huge leaves.

Dislikes

Work culture for non production departments are not good, huge pressure from production departments, Designation does not work here as you have to do everything I guess।

Company has been supported us during lockdown period and paid full salary every month. Didn't even pressurized about work. After opening company has provided all safety equipment and care their employees as well.

Dislikes

Every thing is good there is lot of office politics and unskilled executives dominant skilled people no sense to talk anyone who new there and people not respect to each other.

I have been in this company for more than 10 yrs in different roles which helped me in terms of self learning and develpoment which I have utilised in my other professions.

Dislikes

No clarity on specific job role and salary is very much judgemental issue .It is more favourable for a blue eyed boy of the management than the actual contribution.Mostly 20% of the workfoce put their hard work and 80% reaps the benefit of it by exploiting. Again after the merger all old employees who raised the company to this level are getting victimised.Many good resources are getting highjacjked by competing brands.
