The company is very supportive to employees as well in this pandemic they are paying half salary is more less than 40% they are paying overall the organization is taking care of employees however my condition is too worst in these days i can't able to say its clutter and i am responsible guy of my home but i can also undertstand the company is also facing with this Covid-19 and i want to say thank you to hitesh vaswani to the company of managing director he is very conscious person who take care of employees he didn't want to anybody is without job once again thank you sir

Since i have joined with saffron it was bad thing which was done with me i am as Fc i don't want any post i have my qualification i have confidence upon me i will grow with my salary and my position and i want to tell little bit that i am noo.more in this company becuase partiality is the main thing they are doing if anybody recommends to me saffron i would straight and forward tell them to this is not a place to work for employee here.thanks

MDs are super supportive. Specially Navin Sir and Hitesh Sir. Navin Sir is employee centric and always think about employees well being. He loves to care for each and every employees associated with SLTPL. HR Head- Vishwesh Vyas is also very supportive and understanding and one can expect resolution with in 30 secs. from him. His doors are always open and he really mitigate employees issues.

Nothing as such. But few of them are just destroying the culture.

Awesome org to work with. Excellent owners who not only understand the business at the back of their heads....but also have their heads on their shoulder...extremely humble, polite and some ody who understands and empathises with each employee...

Nothing as such. Trainings are good...can be better and more regular...however no complaints.

The work pressure is very high.sometimes , I have to work 14-18 hours strai9in a day as I have to attend client..and work for company in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
