1. Great work culture. 2. Pay, leave plans and other benefits are good. 3. New actions from management are winning multiple deals from existing and new customers so might be a plus point soon for the company.

1. Post-recent layoffs have impacted the work-life balance and less job security, but Company is aggressively looking to expand in India so Indian jobs are quite safe. 2. Most teams still use legacy code base so the tech stack can completely depend on the team you are working for.

Great place to work.always love the way leadership communicates to all the employees. Always find strong relationship between what we do and how it benifits organization's growth. Even at difficult times during COVID, inspite of being in travel industry which was hit at Max than anyone else, there were great communications and transparency from the leadership.

Nothing as such. Everything is great, salary structure, growth etc.
