You have to pay for food here. There's not enough office space and the accomodate you between two cubicles or you pick any place where the employees are on leave. The place is very remote. Not a good place for young people.

SABIC working environment is very good.
Dislikes
There is a lot of politics and the management does address our issues. Salary is decent and career growth is slow. There is no bond for resign. On the job training is available for new joinees.
Wish to continue with SABIC and pray for progressive business to maintain placed top in list.

Comes to know about new things and different systems, but training is less, career growth is good, came through contract that's so Barriers are there and it's being demolished and likes that new systems are being implementingand upgradation of the projects which makes good shape.
