Company is gaining it's culture back which it had lost after being acquired by Cornerstone on-demand. Only saba had a great culture.

Some managers are just spending life doing nothing at work. They are literally taking salary for doing nothing.

Only Pro is its in Talent management domain which is hot domain due to pandemic. If you are coming from any other good domain i.e. Banking, finance, Insurance, Storage, Security etc then you will loose your valuable domain experience. For Automation they use Robot Framework so if you worked on any other good automation tool then its a big loss for you.

Dislikes

- Multiple acquisitions by other companies which brings job insecurity. Now this is CSOD. CSOD is again will be bought by Clear lake. Google CSOD clearlake, - HR and other big people already left. - Only people left are who can not switch (can not run Hello World but they will teach you lot of things !). These are boot lickers of management. They will butter senior management but make your life hell. - No knowledge sharing. But you will be dumped all the work right from day one. new joiners worked on first 2-3 weekends that too without any knowledge :( - Weekend, Festival working is common almost compulsory. If issue comes then you can not go offline before issue is resolved. - If you plan to take leave, you will be given double work so that you don't take leave next time. But you are free to take any amount of leave :) - They run automation everyday including weekends. You need to monitor the automation run day or night. If it fails then VP\Director will take meeting with you and thrash you. This will automatically make sure you won't sleep for next few days. - Even junior 2-3 years old exp employees will bully you as they have setting with manager. manager will listen you and tell everything to person against you complained. :) Next time you will automatically cordial with everyone. - There is NO HR as all ran away due to acquisitions. Recruiters will trick you to join company. First one or two months everything will be rosy picture once they know you can not abscond then all fun begin. - Join this is you want to play with your life and career.

It's an awesome company to work with. Flexible shift timings,cab facility provides,excellent security for women employees. The employees of the company are given higher priority. I love SABA

Politics is the biggest problem in SABA. If you are good in buttering management. Then its right place for you.

If u r fresher then don't work in QA in saba because they are using robot framework for automation testing.In robot framework we have to code like English grammar which is useless i think,in robot framework we can not use oops concept.For non technical people robot framework is good because they don't know about oops concept,exception handling etc.
