No apprisal and salary is very low and not much project to grow. U will have the work everyday but u won't see it released in the market. As a fresher it not a good place to gain knowledge but if ur experienced and have good payscale and u want work and family to take care then its good especially for girls.

Extreme favouritism, different rules for different people, no hike or job security or consideration for people working on internal projects compared to those outsourced working with different clients.

...ve teammates. Now company is taking new steps in RPA and block chain technology.Decent salary as compared to current MNCs. Following community activities. On the job training also providing. Over-all it is a nice place achieve your life goals and improve your technology skills.

1. They wont pay the salary offered during interview 2. Salary Delay (Their salary date is 10th of every month. But usually employees will get the salary only on 10th of next month) 3. HR dept - no use. They are there to mark only attendance & recruit new people by giving false promise. 4. Worst top level management 5. No good projects to work on. They are mostly working on some local projects. 6. Not at all an employee friendly company 7. CEO - the biggest failure 8. Formal dress code. CEO still believes wearing formals bring projects to the company. 9. No PF, insurance, benefits 10. No salary increment. At the joining time they offer you there is yearly increment, which is also one among their false promises

I have worked around 8 years in this company. Good work culture. Industry standard salary. Management team is very friendly. Have good freedom and very high job security. There are projects in lot of new technologies. Good place to learn new technologies.
