Working at Saarthee has been a rewarding experience. Leadership is always supportive of the IT upgrades and new technologies for better security and compliance. They take service bond agreement, which is illigal but not afraid of any government and not even of God. They make you fall in trap of HR policies. Too much politics in the office. Everything they tell is a lie. Never join this company even if you have this as your last resort never.

Work culture is pathetic. No Job security. HR team behave like as they are the founder of company. Founder came to india office, instead of having one to one discussion with every employee, they prefer lunch and dinner. They always measure employer with money. Retention rate of employee is too low. Only those are still working there who have bond.
