... management is not transparent . Company policies are good but not satisfactory. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary but their no job security. The main thing is company is good, management is not supportive and no job security and growth.

This company gives no credit for ur work, one man army show. I’m the boss, labour, executive, management, director etc. All of u r nothing.
