Good work environment and culture . Teammates are not too supportive and management is not transparent . Company policies are good but not satisfactory. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary but their no job security. The main thing is company is good, management is not supportive and no job security and growth.

Dislikes

This company gives no credit for ur work, one man army show. I’m the boss, labour, executive, management, director etc. All of u r nothing.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
