...elieve in hire and fire and does try to find project honestly if a project ends. Salary offered at the start will be competitive but through years of appraisal it may not match market standard.

Dislikes

There are huge changes in leadership in last couple of months. With external investment comming in you may see new names in leadership chain. Appraisal cycle can be delayed sometime. You will not have much to say in appraisal percentage and will have to accept it and go forward. Onsite opportunities are there but as usual there could be long waiting list and if project ends or project's manager or leads change then all of your hard work may go unnoticed.

Salary is decent.Due to bulk hiring support team is overwhelmed with work. There is a notice period of 3 months. Internal role changes are also extremely difficult. Overall culture is good but depends on manager.

They have 3 years bond and they give very less salary. Evwn when then managers wants to increase our salaries but the HR denies saying that whatever their performance is we cannot give them additional money but a fixed pay scale. If you join and you perform exceptionally well you will be receiving the same salary as a trainee who is not able to do a single task.

Salaries are on time.

Dislikes

1.No hike. 5% hike in 2023 2. Company structure is not intact anymore. Lot of higher management people left the organisation and mid senior level people fired from the organization. Very poor people management 3. You'll get deployed to a project for 15 days or a month and then you'll get deployed on another project again. This goes on in loop for years which is tiresome. 4. No stability. If you don't have project you can get fired immediately. Also finding a project for yourself is your own responsibility 5. False promises everywhere. From gifts to coupons to hike... Nothing is delivered upto par. 6.long working hours and no billing for working extra hours
