They have 3 years bond and they give very less salary. Evwn when then managers wants to increase our salaries but the HR denies saying that whatever their performance is we cannot give them additional money but a fixed pay scale. If you join and you perform exceptionally well you will be receiving the same salary as a trainee who is not able to do a single task.

The people are very Co -operative ,they thing about health of employee as well along with work. Most liked part is they provided home office setup for employee for their better work place at home.

Dislikes

Not the type of dislike but little bit not agreed one thing that hybrid model of work from office , company call Employee to start working in office for one day and rest of the day work from home , as think to come and lives in hostels are not hygienic at all , Risk is there till now . If proper mindset is not there then employee cant give 100 % rather in home employee try to give 200%.
