Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...ment's,generators and other different machines like amoured military vehicles. The company policies was quit good because in every 3 months you go foe leave of two weeks and the company was responsible to cater for your travel and coming back though the salary was not that good though we got provided with everything that is medical cover,accommodation.uniforms etc. working condition was good,we got provided with everything in the workshop that is tools,spare part from ware house and a good workshop and one day of rest every week and lastly entertainment for all company staff.

Dislikes

The only thing i disliked about Saab was salary which was little not more than 1000$ per month despite all hardship in Somalia.
