This company does not pay well. Even promised salary amount is not paid. Neither salary slip is generated. You get your salary as stipend. No outing, no bonus, no festival, no night shift allowance, no food allowance to the Employees who are engaged in client side.

Learning opportunity is huge but for that one have to compromise with payouts. Unstructured process and lack of effective management. Recommended to candidates with exp b/w 1 to 4 yrs.

Lack of commnication. The Biggest problem with our seniors don't tell anyone with anymore about work senior say search on google is all.

Bosses rule you and behave like they own you. I got to hear very abusive language from manager and bosses, very disturbing environment there. Try not to go because it's hell on the earth.
