Nothing to say good about the company & it's registered on this name only " Stwos Soft tech Pvt LTD" located at KK Nagar Trichy

Dislikes

1. Micro Management 2. Poor work culture 3. 10hrs of work and sometimes they ask you to extend & won't provide OT in night shift 4. Don't waste your time. 5. You'll get health insurance, PF& etc after completing 6 months of probation 6. 1 day paid leave will be provided and those paid leave are not carry forwarded to next month or won't provide leave encashment. 7. Sandwich leave policies were followed incorrectly. 8. About the HR manager (not fit for the role). Not even graduate & his highest educational level is ITI & 1 yr diploma course. Operation manager he's machine, won't understand the humans emotions and concern. 9. Policy decisions will changes upon their mood swings. 10. They won't provide proper incentives. 11. No adequate wash rooms/ toilets. 12. Employees will resign/ abscond due to work pressure and torture by top management. 13. Heavy work pressure and improper work assignment In Simple terms, don't join in that company and don't ruin your career.
