There is nothing to like in this company. If possible stay away from it. But if you are not getting job anywhere then S2 is the best platform for you. They will definitely place you somewhere.

No job security as they place candidate on client location. No bonus, No medi claim, No on time salary. Salary will be given to you after 1.5 or 2 months latter. I have few friends who received the salary after 6 months or 1 year No Leaves. If you take leave then your salary will be deducted accordingly

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not good also career growth is slow. Also at the time of appraisal he did not give the increment good employee.

Company have provided with low rupees covid insurance policy, Company manages their employees in various field and office job,which helps us to get a better job satisfaction , S2 gives very helpful support and training in each and every activity

They want us to come to office even at this kind of pandemic situation even with full strength and no flexible timings and even no work from home...They are delaying salaries of their employees which is pathetic .
