Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I have been 5 year 6 months Extremely Very bad company, even they don't provide even salary slip also to any employees, even they don't issue relieving/experience letter and Full and final settlements. Notice period is one month, But i have served more than 72 days... Every month salary we supposed to receive to without salary slips and we don't get any details of CL.. Only morning attendance is considered for late coming deduction not evening...extra hours working..

I thank our CEO sir, Mr karunakaren, he is very good person and try to help his workers and supporting as much he can, also he thinks how to impore our staffs &labour's to their growth in personal life & and giving more training to our staffes montly onles by his own money
