Dislikes

There is no any benifits from company, even main festivals also we didn't get atleast one gift hamper. I got selected as a permanent employee for SP SOFT. But they relieved me once my contract has completed with Dell. They didn't give any other chance to move to another company.

Nothing. Only relief was having a job other than having no job during COVID pandemic.

Dislikes

Not very co-ordinated workflow. Management is just fluctuating their requirements of work as per client demands to and fro. Less people in team who are dealing with heavy work load continuously. No growth opportunities even in salaries.
