If you are ready to join as an engineer with salary of a labour then you are happily welcomed here.I was offered very less salary, I accepted it because I was in need. They just take advantage of the need for the job. Negative work environment and too much politics. MD will hire you even if you are ready to join without salary. He just want to fill his pockets. The probation period is of 6 months, but even after successful completion of probation with good performance they didn’t give the confirmation. Admin is highly unprofessional and unethical guy I have ever met. Ladies are not safe here, please don’t ever think of joining this company. Some detailers and modellers from tekla team and some senior structural engineers are highly unprofessional they even don’t have some sense of communicating. Increment and appraisals happen in every march and are good which I have heard from some one but you but you will get the incremented difference amount from march to diwali month before diwali as a so called diwali bonus that too some money will be deducted even without intimation, which is hilarious. Overall very bad experience and pathetic work culture . I would rate negative but there’s no such option here.

This is the worst company you will work for. Never ever join this company. Worst policies, very less salary as per market standards, too much favorism, worst work life balance. You will regret if you join this company.
