Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

S N Castings Lts is leading company of PDC Aluminum part and major customer is Minda group,Mahindra etc. It was great experience 3.5 years to work at SNC you should take life improvement step to work with SNC team , friendly culture, especially HR Dept is highly supportive to Seattle smoothly at MIDC Chakan Pune.
