This organization has government assignments and statutary audits. If they hire you for a specific project, you will not be able to work on other projects in free time. Partiality in organization. There are some people in the organization where they did not get work as per their skills. It's not a good exposure. False statements by management.

Worst company in my life. I do suggest please don't work with this company if your other community instead of Marwadi other than you will get frusteted withn a month. You will never get work credit, totally partiality between community, they gave best work to there community person and also salary hike to them.. most of staff is relations with head of company.

As it has major Government client, having lots of manual work which may help you to build basic accounting and auditing knowledge.

Politics is everywhere, no incremental, no respect of talent, no respect of your work, if you are talented find other job, management is highly ambitious about their profits only, they don't know what is employees welfare.

Team Lead (not a CA) Director gets all his work done from his team. So basically team has to do their job plus his job. Team Lead does nothing for the whole day and keeps munching all day. TL is literally cunning. Howmuchever efforts you might put in your job , TL will never be satisfied. He is quite partial and plays internal politics. He will gossip about his own team to top management. Only 4-5percent appraisal is given. Join only if in desperate need of job . Would suggest not to join Direct Tax team.
