The one thing i liked about working is each project had a designated time of completion so when the project is competed early, it's bit of free time

I don't know from where to start...... 1. The salary pack for given work was average. 2. Very little to no training was provided by the team. 3. Work life balance was so messed up (ie, projects couldn't be completed in given time unless people have to stretch) 4. Personally, i went through mental torture by the management that handled the COE team.

Its always a busy season, If its not, they'll keep you engaged on stipid stuff just to abuse your time. No value for personal lives. 3. If you work hard, They'll make you work harder. Till you leave, till your last day at work.
