Most work pressure, and daily site visit to other district. Work culture is very bad. There is no more holidays, bonus. Increament is very less.

... other consultants in Bhubaneswar specially in Highway and Structure department. Salary on time in 7th of every month. Initially for career upgrad it is a good company.

1. No work culture, you feel like you are slave in this company. 2. No specific HR policy, Leave policy as per industry standard. 3. Only 4 public holidays in entire calendar month, i.e Republic Day, Holi, Independence Day and Diwali. 4. They don't contribute Employer share for PF, it will deducted from your CTC. 5. No Learning opportunity at all, you feel like 'educated labor ' 6. There is 1.5 leave in one month, no leave encashment opportunity.

...ves, earn leaves only 1.5 days of holiday in a month. All Saturdays are working. They deduct pf from your salary twice (Employee Share + Employer Share) i.e your gross salary is inclusive of Employer Share.
