1. Poor salary structure 2. No matter how good you are at your work, do not expect a good hike in salary. 3. If you fail to submit your assignment on time, the senior manager may cut your travelling/lunch reimbursement. 4. I have to mention my audit manager Mr subhendu das , please don't take other employees conveyance, I left the job on August 2023 but when I say please give me the conveyance which I ended on March , he says you can't give notice period, but my training period is ended on December 2022 , how can I get the notice period, he totally spoiled the company environment

...hat work is limited. 2.) Mr. R.K. Tondon (not a partner) is a great manipulator. At first, he'll make you work like a dog by using sweet words, and then cut your salary without giving any reason for the same. He only understands one language, i.e. "the language of money".

Dislikes

Worst HR policy. Sandwich policy is a draconian kind of policy. Do time pass on every working Saturdays but will not be allowed to leave office. HR is a puppet of partners. They don't trust employees and do micro management regarding resources.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
