Pathetic management skill. Least concern about employees growth and carrier. Pathetic work balance in simple word no work balance life. no effort made on L&D. Managers giving more preference to senior rather than skilled candidate .

Compensation, hike and other benefits like health insurance bear by company for parents as well. HR dept work on zero tolerance and independent body. Work life balance is good. Company will pay for extra work even hourly basis. Corporate parties annually and team outing/parties semi annually as refreshment.

Regional Groupism as localites get 1st preference as compared to ppl came from other location.

It was a good experience of working and the team mates were co-operative. To me, work environment is good, salary is comparatively good for Freshers.

Poor English Communication. People usually speak Telugu. No formal dressing. Even though the HR tried to make a formal culture, people do not follow that.

...f an early promotion. But then it also depends on your teammates and team lead. There's a salary hike every year. There is job security. If you are not coping as they expected, you'll be assigned to a different department and you will be trained and tested in that department. The chance of growth is very slim. You will have your work life balance if you complete your targets on time. There is a very slim chance of innovation. These are my observations from when I worked there as JRA. Your experience may vary from mine based on how you take it all...

Dislikes

Compensation is OK based on how quickly you reach your targets. Where as the growth is almost non existent. There is too much work pressure. Team leaders and managers usually do not identify unique strengths of individual teammates.
