Overall Company is good if you join other S&P division except market intelligence.

Dislikes

...k on weekends. They are biased during Bonus payout, Promotions and Appraisals. Most of the QAs left S&P Gurgaon due to low pay, weekend work and bad managers.

Only they have better compensation.

Dislikes

Lots of racism, people sitting in US thinks they are much superior. I am in Data science field and my counterpart who doesn't know about data science things that they knows better than our team in India.

Work life balance, Work load is manageable, Compensation is decent (not too high, not too low)

Dislikes

Layoff news every now and then, big question mark on job security. Promotion are really hard to get after a certain level mainyl due to a flat hierarchy. Brand name is not that great, most of the recruiters don't know S&P.

Work life balance is excellent, salary & benefits also superb without any CTC they will provide the salary to the employees. Cab facility is free for everyone.
