Senior leadership are trying best to make it great place to work. And it is actually great place where you can start your career as a fresher.

They will treat like that. (4) senior leadership are not aware about how the bottom level of employees are treating from their managers.

Compensation is a big issue here...And there is much of a disconnect with senior management.

Lots of racism, people sitting in US thinks they are much superior. I am in Data science field and my counterpart who doesn't know about data science things that they knows better than our team in India.

... by praising someone, then you will grow. real talent would not be appreciated -the work s&p global do having limited scope in the market, don't expect a higher salary package from other employers in the segment, hence s&p global provides best in industry, so ultimately its a trap from where you can't be able to come out
