There are multiple cons (1) Bottom level managers are scolding the analyst. Whenever you have one o one meeting with the manager and if you revel your anything about your hire studies, every time they will discourage you not to do study and give more than working hours to improve the performance. (2) every meeting they will compare you with other employees and discourage you. (3) whenever you will get bonus and increment, you will feel that your manager is giving from his pocket.
