Rythmos is great place to work and learn and grow ourselves. When we talk about work culture this is the amazing place. we can balance our work as well as our family time. This is the place where i met some of the most talented people. When we talk about the management we can find amazing people who are very down to earth also runs the organization very efficiently.

Dislikes

Till now my tenure in Rythmos i don't have any complaints about the organization. Because management is very transparent when it comes to leading the organization.

Likes

The HRs and the managers along with the whole company, everyone is so helpful. When you interact with someone, you will definitely learn something. The managers and leads are supper suppotive.

Work culture is a good at Rythmos organisation. Based on performance, we are getting good appraisal. Particularly we have good work life balance at Rythmos. But we are not sure when we will lose our job. Job security chances will be very less when compare with MNC companies. If we have projects then we don't have any problem otherwise its very difficult to servive in a Rythmos. In crisis(Covid 19) time they have given termination letter (who have experienced more than 4 years). Employee who started their careers at Rythmos and stayed more than 4 years employee also got termination letter. Politics is at Rythmos organisation

Dislikes

There is no job security at Rythmos. We are not sure when we will loose our Jobs. There is no job satisfaction at Rythmos organisation

Likes

They are supporting really good in this pandemic situation. Due to this COVID-19 effect the company got major hit by loosing its one of the best client almost 60 employees loose their jobs. They support their employee with kind and respect.

Dislikes

In this Pandemic situation it is hard to get a job outside. It would be better if they didn't cut the jobs and made salary changes or something else
