SOME GOOD EMPLOYEES ARE UPLIFTING COMPANY BY DOING HARD WORK ELSE COMPANY WOULD HAVE ALREADY VANISHED. BUT COMPANY DOES NOT CARE MUCH ABOUT ITS EMPLOYEES.

MANAGEMENT PEOPLE ARE NOT WILLING TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY. THEY DONT FAIRLY TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES.
